Refund & cancellation policy

12-week programs (Transform and Private)

  • Full refund within 7 days of your start date if you have attended fewer than 2 live sessions. Your start date is the day you join, since programs no longer run on fixed batch dates. On the diet-only routes — Transform Nutrition and Private Nutrition — there are no live sessions, so the seven days are all that count. Message us on WhatsApp; the refund is processed to your original payment method.
  • After day 7, no refund. By then your screening is done and your plan is written, and Amar writes every one of those herself.
  • If screening shows the program is not right for you yet, you are refunded in full, whatever the date. That applies even after day 7, and even if you have attended sessions. We would rather return your money than take it for something that will not work for you.

The pause option

Life happens. Every client gets one free pause of up to 2 weeks per program for medical or family emergencies. Your program end date extends by the paused period. Just tell us. We do not ask for proof of an emergency.

EMI clients

If an EMI payment fails, your program is paused, not cancelled, and you will not be chased. Delivery resumes when the payment does.

AmarFit Kickstart (₹1,299)

Because Kickstart delivers its full structure from day 1 and the live classes begin immediately, it is non-refundable. If you upgrade to either route of Transform within 30 days of finishing, your ₹1,299 is credited to the program fee.

The ₹499 14-Day Reset it replaced was retired in August 2026. If you paid for a Reset before then, its terms are the ones that were published on the day you bought it, and we will honour them.

Therapeutic Nutrition Consultation (₹1,500)

  • Reschedule or cancel free with 24 hours' notice. Message us on WhatsApp and we will move you to another slot, or refund you in full.
  • Inside 24 hours, or a no-show, is not refundable, because the slot was held for you and nobody else could book it.
  • If Amar has to move your appointment, you choose: a new time, or a full refund. Your call, not ours.

New Mom Program

The New Mom Program is one to one and by application, so the start date, the fee and the schedule are agreed with you on your application call before any payment is taken. The refund rule is the same as the other 1:1 programs: full refund within 7 days of your agreed start date if you have attended fewer than 2 sessions, and no refund after that. If recovery screening shows you should wait, you are refunded in full whatever the date.

AmarFit Circle (₹999/month)

Cancel anytime with a WhatsApp message. Cancellation stops the next month's billing; the current month runs to its end. No questions, no retention scripts.

If we cancel

If AmarFit ever has to withdraw a program you have paid for before it starts, you are refunded in full within 7 days.
