These terms keep things fair in both directions. By purchasing or participating in any AmarFit program, you agree to them.
1. What AmarFit is
AmarFit provides nutrition, fitness and lifestyle coaching programs delivered online (WhatsApp, Zoom, and digital materials), led by Dt. Amar Arora. It is guidance and education, not medical care. The medical disclaimer is part of these terms.
2. Your part
- Complete the intake form truthfully. Screening only protects you if it is accurate.
- Consult your physician where we ask you to, and generally before major changes to diet or exercise.
- Programs work through participation: attending lives, doing measurements, following the plan. We can promise our full effort and system; we cannot promise outcomes without yours.
3. Our part
- We deliver everything listed on the program page you purchased, on the published schedule.
- If Amar is ever unavailable, your program timeline extends by the same period and you are told immediately and personally.
4. Payments and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees. Payments are processed by Razorpay; EMI options are as shown at checkout. Prices are flat and published on each program page — there is no founding price, no seat-based ladder and no discount that expires. Prices may change in future, and if they do, the price you paid is the price shown on the day you enrolled, and it never changes afterwards for that program.
5. Refunds
Per the refund & cancellation policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Program materials
Plans, videos and materials are for your personal use. Please don't redistribute or resell them. They are how this small practice earns its living.
7. Community conduct
The members' groups and the live classes are kind places. Promotion, medical advice between members, and body-shaming (including of yourself, publicly) are moderated out. Repeated disregard can end participation without refund.
8. Your data
Handled per the privacy policy, including your right to deletion within 7 days of asking.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AmarFit's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the program concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
